As a registered non-profit organization, we hold regular board meetings to review our activities, discuss priorities, and make decisions together. All spending is approved through board voting, with our goals and funding priorities guiding how resources are allocated. Our Financial Officer keeps our books accurate and up to date to ensure responsible financial management. We are committed to being as transparent as possible, and the table below outlines our current funding priorities and how we intend to invest the support we receive.

GOAL PATHWAY #1
Special Project: Documentary Production
We will be writing for formal grant funding that supports Canadian art and media projects -- some of these grants require contribution matching or percentage coverage by the organization applying. As we define these grants we will be managing our funds to help ensure that we're able to successfully tell the story of data centre infrastructure moving into rural communities.
GOAL PATHWAY #2
Regular Operations: Education and Advocacy
Our team is diversifying our approach to being an education resource. This includes fees associated with (but not limited to):
Participating as guest speakers and presenters at events
Providing support resources for communities navigating major infrastructure proposals
Printing and resource production
Fuel and travel
Administrative and professional services
